Question: Will you please describe the Client Feedback Loop, RED Card, and ongoing administrative support to the staff, as listed on Appendix B?
Answer: Client Feedback Loop is a way of communicating issues or concerns or positives responses in both directions from client to vendor and vendor to client. While also creating a loop so that feedback is expressed, communicated, followed up on, and action is taken to resolve, if necessary. REDSage becomes a neutral person in the feedback so that the vendor gets the most accurate feedback and the client gets the best resolution.
RED Card The RED Card is two fold; first for the client facing side it brings a consolidation of services to the school district where REDSage has strategic partners across many different areas in addition to benefits that they can use as a one stop shop for client services. Then for the Vendor facing RED Card, it brings strategic relationships with school systems that partner with REDSage.
Ongoing Admin Support This would be direct support to admin for help that comes up with process develop and internal issues that payroll and benefits staff face throughout the year.
